- As you said the deuterium lamp is not turned on, so did you already open the cover as below picture shows?
- find the deuterium lamp’s location.
- Pls. kindly check the voltage between the two positions. The normal value should be around 72V. If you could get that voltage, then we judge the lamp is broken and you need a spare part for replace.
