How do we trust your company?

Do you export to distributors or final customer?
-We just export our laboratory instruments to distributor of instruments in different countries of the world, and provide corresponding technical instructions and after-sales service, so we can keep our price is lower than other suppliers.

After the contract being confirmed, when will you start the contract
-We produce according to customers’ order, and the general time of delivery is 15 days after payment, and 7-10 shipping days. It usually takes 15-60 days for maritime transport.

The rules of shipping method
-We use Sea, Air and Express shipping method, for air and express shipping, if the goods with magnetic (such as mixer, centrifuge…), we need to increase 50 dollars of expenses for magnetic inspection for air shipping. As to products with compressor, we need to increase 100 dollars of expense for shipping certificate of chemical products for air shipping. As to other products with oil, battery or liquid, we will adopt maritime transport of ship or taking liquid and battery out for air shipping.

How about warranty?
-Our warranty period for ordinary products is 1 year(not including fragile products and consumables). If there is something wrong with instruments, you just need to provide specific conditions including pictures and videos. Our professional engineers will provide instructions of breakdowns according to these documents. If accessories cause the problem, we will provide accessories for free in the next order, and provide remote instructions of installation.
