Large Temperature-controlled Shaker — LCD Display
This large double-tier temperature-controlled shaker combines the company’s more than ten years of design and manufacturing experience with adopted overseas technology. Guided by user needs and continuous technical innovation, it is widely used in cell culture, fermentation, hybridization, biochemistry and cell/tissue research requiring precise temperature and shaking frequency. It supports dynamic and static culture of microbial cells and various microbial strains and is particularly suitable for laboratory pilot-scale production.

User-Friendly Design
- Combines an incubator and shaker with a small footprint and large flask capacity;
- A large LCD with a straightforward menu-driven interface;
- The new CFC-free design keeps you at the forefront of healthy living;
- A large tempered, thermally insulated observation window provides a clear view of samples during operation and effective thermal insulation;
- Various dedicated shaking racks and clamps are available. Very easy replacement greatly improves efficiency;
- The chamber, shaking platform and shelves use 304 stainless steel for easy cleaning;
- A 25mm-diameter test port on the left side allows flexible cable routing to suit the installation location;
Quality Assurance
- User settings are automatically stored during a sudden power failure, and the original program resumes when power is restored;
- Microcomputer PID control of temperature and shaking frequency includes a timer;
- Key components, including the compressor and circulating fan, use branded products with environmentally friendly CFC-free refrigerant;
Continuous Operation
- A low-heat-dissipation brushless DC motor offers high starting torque, a wide speed-adjustment range and maintenance-free operation, overcoming the limitation of existing domestically produced shakers that cannot operate continuously for extended periods;
Safety Functions
- Air circulation, heating and shaking stop automatically when the door opens to prevent temperature overshoot;
- The speed-control circuit ensures smooth shaker start-up and prevents instrument damage caused by liquid splashing;
- An independent temperature-limit alarm system automatically cuts off heating when the limit is exceeded, ensuring safe operation without accidents;
- Automatic circulating fan speed control prevents sample evaporation caused by excessive fan speed during experiments;
- Optional RS-485 and USB data-transfer interfaces (USB flash drive) connect to a computer for monitoring temperature, speed, time and alarms;
Multi-segment Programmable Control (Optional)
- Multi-segment temperature, speed and time are programmed together. Normal and programmed operating modes are selectable, with preset and operating values displayed simultaneously to simplify complex culture requirements and enable automatic control and operation;
Self-Diagnosis
- If the shaking incubator develops a fault, the LCD displays clear operating fault information;
Balanced Three-eccentric-shaft Drive
- The balanced three-eccentric-shaft drive ensures all samples on the shaking tray are shaken at the same speed. The durable, load-bearing design allows the shaker to deliver strong power even at full load and high speed;
Convenient Data Processing (Optional)
- A printer or 485 communication interface can be connected to record temperature and time curves using a computer and printer, supporting storage and playback of experimental data;

Note: Shakers with “C” have refrigeration and can be fitted with optional humidity control over 60~85%. Shakers without refrigeration cannot be fitted with a lighting-control system.
