User-Friendly Design
- The large LCD displays multiple data sets on one screen, with a menu-based interface that is easy to understand, observe and operate;
- The mirror-finished stainless steel chamber has rounded corners and freely removable shelf supports for easy cleaning;
Multi-Segment Programmable Controller
- The multi-segment LCD programmable controller displays multiple parameters on one screen. Its menu-based interface simplifies complex tests and provides automatic control and operation;
- Multi-segment temperature, circulating air velocity, time and heating rate can be set and programmed simultaneously. Functions include temperature-gradient control, gradual heating from the initial chamber temperature, and preset automatic start-up, standby and shutdown;
- 7 programs with 63 programmable steps can be preset, with 9 steps per program and a time setting of 0~5999 minutes per program;
Convenient Data Processing (Optional)
- A printer, 485 communication interface or USB data-transfer interface (USB flash drive) can be connected to record temperature and time using a computer and printer, supporting storage and playback of data during experiments;
Safety Functions
- Thicker chamber walls and doors keep exterior surface temperatures lower to protect users;
- The independent temperature-limit alarm system provides audible and visual warnings to ensure safe operation and prevent accidents;
- High-temperature and overtemperature alarms;
Energy-saving Design
- Comprehensive safety design prevents excessive energy consumption;
- New synthetic silicone sealing strips effectively prevent heat loss and extend heating-element service life, reducing heating power by more than 25% compared with conventional equipment;
