Customs Clearance

Upon arrival of the shipment at the destination port/airport, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure prompt customs clearance. Clients are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and any potential demurrage or storage fees resulting from clearance delays. We will provide all necessary shipping documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List) to facilitate this process.

Equipment Handling & Operation:

To ensure optimal performance and safety, and to maintain the validity of your warranty, all equipment must be operated strictly in accordance with the provided user manual and under the specified environmental and electrical conditions.

HINOTEK instruments are covered by a one-year standard warranty, effective from the date of shipment. This warranty covers the complimentary repair or replacement of parts found to be defective due to manufacturing or material faults.

Coverage Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to perform required maintenance. Consumable parts are also excluded from this warranty.
