These newly introduced intelligent programmable illuminated incubators / artificial climate chambers combine the company’s years of successful experience in constant temperature and humidity equipment. Continuous research overcomes the limitation of existing domestically produced illuminated incubators / artificial climate chambers that cannot operate continuously for extended periods (most plants and crops require 3~6 months or longer of uninterrupted cultivation). Compared with conventional equipment, they offer greater safety, reliability, stability and prolonged continuous operation.

User-Friendly Design

• A new CFC-free design keeps you at the forefront of healthy living;
• User-friendly touch buttons and clear menu-driven operation display multiple parameters on one screen;
• A mirror-finished stainless-steel chamber has rounded corners. Shelves and supports can be removed without tools for convenient disinfection and cleaning;
• The air-duct design prevents excessive circulating airflow from knocking over seedlings and affecting plant growth during experiments;

Intelligent Control Technology

• Simulates natural day/night temperature changes and multidirectional natural lighting;
• User-set parameters are automatically stored during power failure, and the original program resumes when power is restored;

Intelligent Multi-segment Programmable Control

• Programmed temperature, humidity, illuminance and time simplify complex testing procedures and enable automatic control and operation;

Continuous Operation Technology

• Two imported compressors automatically alternate to ensure prolonged plant cultivation without faults, overcoming the limitation of existing illuminated incubators / artificial climate chambers that cannot operate continuously for extended periods;

Self-Diagnosis

• If the illuminated incubator or artificial climate chamber develops a fault, the LCD shows clear operating fault information;

Safety Functions

• The independent temperature-limit alarm system provides audible and visual warnings to ensure safe operation and prevent accidents;
• High-temperature and overtemperature alarms;

Data Control System (Optional)

• RS485 or USB interface and software;
• Provides data recording, data communication, dynamic graphical display and fault analysis;
• An optional printer system records data in compliance with GMP standards;

Shelf-Mounted Lighting System (Optional)

• To meet higher requirements for uniform light intensity and flexible lighting space, Yiheng has developed a shelf-mounted lighting system. Users can adjust shelf spacing to suit plant growth and configure multiple lighting levels. While maintaining uniform light intensity, this greatly increases the number of plants that can be cultivated. Different lamps can be selected for each lighting level to meet different lighting requirements;

Automatic Illuminance Monitoring and Control (Optional)

• Optical sensing is used for monitoring and control, reducing illuminance attenuation and errors caused by lamp aging and overcoming shortcomings in existing domestically manufactured plant illuminance monitoring and control systems;

Wireless Alarm System (SMS Alarm System) (Optional)

• If the equipment user is away when a fault occurs, the system promptly collects fault signals and sends an SMS to the designated recipient’s mobile phone. This supports prompt fault correction and resumption of experiments, preventing accidental losses;

CO2 Concentration Monitoring and Control (Optional) (CO2 control range: I: 0-5000ppm, II: 0-20%; choose one of the two)

• For illuminated plant culture, an infrared sensor is an ideal choice because CO2 concentration recovery is unaffected by temperature and humidity. It responds to changes in CO2 concentration within seconds for accurate, reliable control;
