Vacuum Drying Test Oven
This new generation of vacuum drying (test) ovens combines the company’s years of successful chamber-heating experience. Continuous research creatively overcomes the bottleneck in conventional heat-transfer technology by finding an effective heat-transfer method.
Application Overview
The vacuum drying (test) oven is designed specifically for heat-sensitive, easily decomposed and easily oxidized materials. Inert gas can be admitted, and even materials with complex compositions can be dried rapidly.
Product Features
- The rectangular chamber provides a large usable volume, and a microcomputer temperature controller provides precise, reliable control;
- A double-layer tempered, bullet-resistant glass door provides a clear view of objects inside the chamber. Inert gas can be admitted;
- Door-closing tightness is adjustable, and a one-piece molded synthetic silicone door seal maintains a high vacuum inside the chamber;
- The stainless-steel sheet chamber ensures durability and is easy to clean;
- Storage, heating, testing and drying can be performed without oxygen or in an inert-gas atmosphere without causing oxidation;
Direct Shelf Heating and Control
- Each shelf has its own temperature sensor and control circuit for precise response when drying different loads. Temperature settings, monitoring and timing can be displayed and controlled independently for each shelf in use. Heating elements are positioned directly underneath the shelves to avoid temperature deviations, providing more precise measurement and stable control. Heating and operating times are reduced by more than 50% compared with heating wrapped around the chamber;

※ Performance parameters are tested without a load at an ambient temperature of 20°C and ambient humidity of 50%RH.
Notes:
1. Vacuum pump and drying canister are standard.
2. The temperature-control range can be extended to RT+10~250°C or RT+10~100°C as required.
3. For DZF-6500, delivery is 25 days after receipt of the order; for DZF-6930 and DZF-62000, delivery is 30 days after receipt of the order. 4. A customized 300°C vacuum drying (test) oven must use shelf heating, with delivery in 20 days.
