Application Overview
This product is suitable for heat treatment under vacuum during electronics production, including degassing, dehydration, curing and drying after cleaning. It is widely used for vacuum drying in the production of lithium-ion batteries, LED optoelectronic components, crystal oscillators and other electronic products.
Product Features
- The stainless-steel sheet chamber ensures durability and is easy to clean;
- The rectangular vacuum chamber provides a large usable volume and efficient use of space;
- A resilient double-layer tempered-glass door provides a clear view of objects inside the chamber;
- Door-closing tightness is adjustable, and a one-piece molded synthetic silicone-rubber door seal ensures a high vacuum inside the chamber;
- An additional temperature-control port for overtemperature protection effectively prevents safety problems such as loss of temperature control (optional);
- A low-noise dedicated vacuum pump provides stable, reliable vacuum control (models with “B” have a high-quality branded vacuum pump);
Programmable Control
- Programmable operation allows heating, vacuum-hold and nitrogen-hold times to be set according to process requirements, ensuring consistent baking between batches and reducing product-to-product baking variation;

Notes:
1. Models with “B” have a high-quality branded vacuum pump.
2. BPZ series vacuum drying (test) ovens are fitted with vacuum pumps and drying canisters.
3. For BPZ-62003B, BPZ-6933B and BPZ-6503B, delivery is 25 days after receipt of the order.
