Application Overview
Using natural convection as hot air rises, this oven provides quiet operation, low dust and slow airflow. It is suitable for drying, baking, wax melting and sterilization.
Product Features
- A 4.3-inch intelligent touchscreen displays and sets temperature, time and other parameters in real time for simple, convenient operation;
- The stainless-steel chamber has rounded corners for easy cleaning;
- Natural-convection circulation is quiet and prevents sample evaporation during experiments;
- A digital microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller with overtemperature-deviation protection and a timer provides precise, reliable temperature control;
- An independent temperature-limit alarm system automatically interrupts operation if the limit is exceeded, ensuring safe experiments without accidents (optional);
- An optional printer or RS485 interface connects a printer or computer to record changes in temperature parameters;
Programmable Control
- Multi-segment temperature, time and heating-rate parameters can be set and programmed together. Functions include controlled temperature ramps and gradual heating from the initial chamber temperature. Automatic start, standby and shutdown can also be preset;
- 8 groups of 8-step programs can be preset, with 8 steps per group and a time setting of 0~5999 minutes for each group;
