- The Vickers hardness tester is connected with the computer through the camera interface. The image is magnified and then observed and measured directly on the computer screen, which effectively reduces the operator’s eye fatigue, reduces the artificial operation error of the eyepiece system, improves the testing efficiency and accuracy. The whole testing process is completed simply by the operation of mouse.
- Software image interface is large (800*600), and the image is clearer, which can effectively reduce the operation error.
- Equipped with high resolution industrial camera suitable for micro-imaging, which are compact in size, clear in image and good in imaging quality.
- Conversion functions of various hardness scales are convenient and practical. In addition, the software has built-in conversion table of hardness-strength, which will never be lost.
- Powerful data report function: Test data, indentation images and hardness gradient curves can be derived at the same time, which is more convincing. Hardness gradient curve can be drawn automatically when hardness gradient test is done.
- The heading of the report, such as the company name and title, can be set and saved in advance to facilitate the printing of the report.
- Open the local re-enlarged image frame to measure the point more accurately and reduce the error.
- Hardness correction function. If a point is found to be inaccurate during measurement, it can be adjusted and corrected immediately.
- Contrast and brightness of indentation image can be adjusted.
