Product Features
User-Friendly Design
- A brushed stainless-steel chamber has rounded corners and freely removable shelves for easy cleaning;
- Water-jacketed heating ensures uniform chamber temperature and maintains a constant temperature for an extended period during power failure;
- An inner glass door facilitates observation. It can be opened at any time during operation, and the incubator automatically pauses, switching off heating and the circulating fan;
- A microcomputer controller with self-tuning PID technology prevents temperature overshoot. User-friendly temperature, water-level and door-opening alarms prevent damage to samples from sudden temperature changes;
Automatic Circulating Fan Speed Control
- Circulating fan speed is automatically controlled. When the chamber reaches a constant temperature, the speed decreases to an airflow suitable for cell growth, preventing sample evaporation caused by excessive airflow during experiments;
Multi-segment Programmable Controller (Models with “N” Have This Function)
- A multi-segment programmable controller displays multiple parameters on one screen. Its menu-driven interface simplifies complex experimental procedures and enables automatic control and operation;
- Multi-segment temperature, circulating air velocity, time and heating rate can be set and programmed simultaneously. Functions include temperature-gradient control, gradual heating from the initial chamber temperature, and preset automatic start-up, standby and shutdown;
Safety Functions
- An independent temperature-limit alarm system provides audible and visual warnings, ensuring safe experiments without accidents (optional);
- High-temperature, overtemperature and water-shortage alarms;
- Prolonged door-opening alarm;
UV Sterilization System (Optional)
- Periodically disinfects the chamber interior and effectively kills airborne bacteria in the circulating air, preventing contamination during cell culture;
