- A fuzzy PID controller provides precise temperature control with low fluctuation and a timer with a maximum setting of 99 hours 59 minutes;
- The forced-convection air-duct system improves temperature response and uniformity and reduces temperature fluctuation;
- An inner glass door or observation window provides clear viewing. When the glass door opens, air circulation and heating stop automatically to prevent temperature overshoot;
- The mirror-finished stainless-steel chamber uses electric heating tubes for rapid, uniform heating;
- An independent temperature-limit alarm system automatically interrupts operation if the limit is exceeded, ensuring safe experiments without accidents (optional);
- An optional printer or RS485 interface connects a printer or computer to record changes in temperature parameters;
Automatic Circulating Fan Speed Control
- Circulating fan speed is automatically controlled. When the chamber reaches a constant temperature, the speed decreases to an airflow suitable for cell growth, preventing sample evaporation caused by excessive airflow during experiments;
Multi-segment Programmable Controller (Optional)
- A multi-segment programmable controller displays multiple parameters on one screen. Its menu-driven interface simplifies complex experimental procedures and enables automatic control and operation;
- Multi-segment temperature, circulating fan speed, time and heating-rate parameters can be set and programmed together, allowing controlled temperature ramps and gradual heating from the initial chamber temperature. Automatic start, standby and shutdown can also be preset;
- 7 programs with 63 programmable steps can be preset, with 9 steps per program and a time setting of 0~5999 minutes per program;
Safety Functions
- An independent temperature-limit alarm system provides audible and visual warnings, ensuring safe operation without accidents (optional);
- High-temperature and overtemperature alarms;
