Quality Assurance

• Microprocessor control of temperature and shaking frequency includes a timer. Built-in power failure protection automatically resumes operation when power is restored;
• Key components, including the compressor and circulating fan, use branded products with environmentally friendly CFC-free refrigerant;

Continuous Operation

• The low-heat brushless DC motor provides high starting torque, a wide speed adjustment range and maintenance-free operation, overcoming the inability of existing domestically manufactured shakers to operate continuously for extended periods;

Safety Functions

• A door switch automatically stops air circulation, heating and shaking when the door opens, preventing temperature overshoot;
• The speed-control circuit ensures smooth shaker start-up and prevents instrument damage caused by liquid splashing;
• An independent temperature-limit alarm system automatically cuts off heating when the limit is exceeded, ensuring safe operation without accidents;
• Automatic circulating fan speed control prevents sample evaporation caused by excessive fan speed during experiments;
• An RS-485 interface and USB data transfer interface (USB flash drive) can be fitted to monitor temperature, speed, time and alarms through a connected computer; (optional)
