User-Friendly Design
- The new CFC-free design keeps you at the forefront of healthy living;
- A multi-segment programmable touchscreen controller with a menu-driven interface is easy to operate, simplifies complex testing procedures, and enables automatic control and operation;
- A 50mm- or 100mm-diameter test port on the left side facilitates experimental operation and temperature measurement;
Quality Assurance
- An imported-brand compressor and energy-saving cooling-output control technology reduce energy consumption by more than 40%, to as low as 1 kWh per hour;
- A circulating fan and air-duct circulation system ensure uniform chamber temperature and humidity distribution;
- Foam insulation provides effective thermal insulation to save energy;
- An imported 304 mirror-finished stainless-steel chamber has rounded corners and freely removable shelf supports for easy cleaning;
Safety Functions
- An independent temperature-limit alarm system automatically stops operation when the limit is exceeded and provides audible and visual warnings, ensuring safe experiments without accidents;
- High-temperature, low-temperature and overtemperature alarms;
- Compressor overheating, overcurrent and overload protection, fan overheating protection, water-shortage protection and other protections;
Convenient Data Processing (Optional)
- A printer or 232 communication interface can be connected. A USB data-transfer interface (SD card) allows computer display and printing of temperature, humidity and time curves, supporting storage and playback of experimental data;
In-house-developed Touchscreen Controller
- A color touchscreen controller with a menu-driven interface offers clear displays and easy operation;
- Chinese or English interfaces can be selected, and the screen displays real-time temperature and humidity operating curves;
- 100 groups of 100 segments can be set, with 999 cycles. Each segment can be set to 999 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds;
- A screen-lock function prevents accidental touching from changing test data or stopping operation;
- P.I.D automatic calculation immediately corrects temperature and humidity change conditions for more precise, stable control;
- An RS-232 communication interface / Ethernet interface allows programs to be designed on a computer, testing to be monitored, and start-up, shutdown and other functions to be performed;
- A USB interface allows convenient data backup;
- Data can be analyzed and stored on a computer in real time and saved as Excel or Word documents for convenient printing;
