Suitable for salt spray corrosion testing of components, electronic components, protective coatings on metal materials and industrial products.
Product Features
Chamber Structure
- One-piece molded construction resists corrosion and vibration, is easy to clean and prevents leakage;
- A tower-type spray system provides uniform salt spray distribution with freely adjustable collection rate;
- PVC or fiberglass lids are available. The PVC lid provides a clear view of test items and spraying conditions;
- A water-seal structure prevents salt spray leakage.
- The circuit-control board and other components are positioned for easy inspection and maintenance. A lockable side door provides an attractive appearance and convenient maintenance;
Control System
- A microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller with a timer provides precise, reliable control and a resolution of ±0.1°C;
- Standard type: domestically produced digital-display controller;
- Export type: imported Omron digital-display controller, with other key components from imported brands (models with “N” are export types);
- All circuits have circuit breakers, and all heaters have electronic and mechanical overheating protection. The electrical cabinet uses fire-resistant resin;
- Selectable continuous or cyclic spraying and dual overtemperature protection provide safe, reliable operation;
