Programmable Chamber Resistance Furnaces—High-Temperature Models
Drawing on the company’s years of design and manufacturing experience, these furnaces are intended for laboratories in industrial and mining enterprises, universities and research institutions for chemical element analysis and high-temperature heat treatment such as quenching, annealing and tempering small steel parts. They can also be used for high-temperature heating applications such as sintering, melting and analysis of metals, stoneware and ceramics.
Product Features
- The furnace door design makes opening safe and simple and prevents hot air from escaping from the furnace;
- The microprocessor-based PID controller is easy to operate and provides accurate, reliable and safe temperature control;
- The corrosion-resistant, lightweight furnace chamber ensures durability; (choose either a refractory brick chamber or a ceramic fiber chamber)
- Excellent door sealing minimizes heat loss and improves temperature uniformity inside the furnace chamber;
- The programmable controller provides 10 programs. Heating or holding can be set for each program, with programmed cycles of temperature, time and heating power; (this function is available on programmable chamber furnaces)
- Multi-segment programmable control simplifies complex testing procedures and enables automatic control and operation. The furnace door liner and housing panel are made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and resistance to deformation at high temperatures; (this function is available on programmable chamber furnaces)
Safety Functions
- When the furnace door is opened during operation, the door safety switch automatically disconnects heater power to ensure operator safety;
- Multiple safety protections, including overcurrent, overvoltage and overheating protection, ensure safe furnace use;
- Ceramic fiberboard insulation provides effective thermal insulation and a low housing surface temperature;
Furnace Chamber Selection (Users Can Select According to Their Requirements)
- The refractory brick chamber (N series) uses traditional refractory materials, offering a broad application range, long service life and good value;
