Drawing on the company’s years of design and manufacturing experience, these furnaces are intended for laboratories in industrial and mining enterprises, universities and research institutions for chemical element analysis and high-temperature heat treatment such as quenching, annealing and tempering small steel parts. They can also be used for high-temperature heating applications such as sintering, melting and analysis of metals, stoneware and ceramics.
Product Features
- The furnace door design makes opening safe and simple and prevents hot air from escaping from the furnace;
- The controller is installed below the furnace door to save space and meet various rapid sintering requirements;
- The microprocessor-based PID controller is easy to operate and provides accurate, reliable and safe temperature control;
- The corrosion-resistant, lightweight furnace chamber ensures durability;
- Excellent door sealing minimizes heat loss and improves temperature uniformity inside the furnace chamber;
Multi-Segment Programmable Controller
- Microcomputer programs control temperature, time and heating rate for very rapid execution of various sintering tests;
- A programmable controller allows 7 groups totaling 63 steps to be preset, with 9 steps per group and a time setting of 0~5999 minutes for each group;
- Microprocessor P.I.D control and multi-segment programmable control enable automatic control and operation;
Safety Functions
- An overtemperature protector, door-switch controller, housing-surface cooling fan and furnace fault alarms (① heater fault, ② temperature sensor fault, ③ abnormal memory contents, ④ overtemperature fault) provide audible and visual warnings to ensure safe furnace operation without accidents;
- Multiple safety protections, including overcurrent, overvoltage and overheating protection, ensure safe furnace use;
- Ceramic fiberboard insulation provides effective thermal insulation and a low housing surface temperature;
