Floor-standing Shaker — LCD Display
This new generation of floor-standing temperature-controlled shakers combines the company’s more than ten years of design and manufacturing experience. Continuous research overcomes the limitation of existing domestically produced shakers that cannot operate continuously for extended periods. It is widely used in cell culture, fermentation, hybridization, biochemistry and cell/tissue research requiring precise temperature and shaking. Particularly suitable for pilot-scale production, its specialized design and high-precision manufacturing provide peace of mind.

Quality Assurance

- Key components, including the compressor and circulating fan, use branded products with environmentally friendly CFC-free refrigerant;
Continuous Operation
- A low-heat-dissipation brushless DC motor offers high starting torque, a wide speed-adjustment range and maintenance-free operation, overcoming the limitation of existing domestically produced shakers that cannot operate continuously for extended periods;
Safety Functions
- Air circulation, heating and shaking stop automatically when the door opens to prevent temperature overshoot;
- The speed-control circuit ensures smooth shaker start-up and prevents instrument damage caused by liquid splashing;
- An independent temperature-limit alarm system automatically cuts off heating when the limit is exceeded, ensuring safe operation without accidents;
- Automatic circulating fan speed control prevents sample evaporation caused by excessive fan speed during experiments;
- Optional RS-485 and USB data-transfer interfaces (USB flash drive) connect to a computer for monitoring temperature, speed, time and alarms;
Balanced Three-eccentric-shaft Drive
- The balanced three-eccentric-shaft drive ensures that all samples on the shaking tray are shaken at the same speed. The durable, load-bearing design allows the shaker to perform strongly even at full load and high speed;
Multi-segment Programmable Control (Optional)
- Multi-segment temperature, speed and time are programmed together. Normal and programmed operating modes are selectable, with preset and operating values displayed simultaneously to simplify complex culture requirements and enable automatic control and operation;

- Lighting control (simulates natural growth conditions);

Humidity Control (Optional)
- Atomizing humidification provides a humidity-control range of 60~85%;

Note: Floor-standing shakers with “C” have refrigeration and can be fitted with optional humidity control over 60~85%. Shakers without refrigeration cannot be fitted with a lighting-control system.
