The new-generation aging test chamber incorporates many years of successful chamber design experience to meet various aging test requirements. It offers programmable control of temperature, time and heating rate, with preset opening and closing times for the exhaust damper, enabling rapid heat-aging tests.

User-Friendly Design
- The large LCD displays multiple data sets on one screen, with a menu-based interface that is easy to understand, observe and operate;
- The mirror-finished stainless steel chamber has rounded corners and freely removable shelf supports for easy cleaning;
- A slowly rotating specimen turntable allows all specimens to experience the same chamber temperature environment and obtain consistent test results;
Multi-Segment Programmable Controller
- The multi-segment LCD programmable controller displays multiple parameters on one screen. Its menu-based interface simplifies complex tests and provides automatic control and operation;
- Multi-segment temperature, circulating air velocity, time and heating rate can be set and programmed simultaneously. Functions include temperature-gradient control, gradual heating from the initial chamber temperature, and preset automatic start-up, standby and shutdown;
- 7 programs with 63 programmable steps can be preset, with 9 steps per program and a time setting of 0~5999 minutes per program;
Self-Diagnosis
- If the aging test chamber malfunctions, the LCD displays fault information clearly identifying the operating fault;
Convenient Data Processing (Optional)
- A printer, 485 communication interface or USB data transfer interface (USB flash drive) can be connected to record temperature and time curves on a computer or printer, providing reliable support for test data storage and playback;
Safety Functions
- The independent temperature-limit alarm system provides audible and visual warnings to ensure safe operation and prevent accidents;
