BBC-3S1-A2 Series Biological Safety Cabinet

Application Overview

This product has a front access opening through which the operator works inside the cabinet. Negative-pressure inward airflow through the front opening protects the operator; filtered downward airflow protects experimental materials inside the cabinet; and filtered exhaust airflow protects the environment. It is widely used in healthcare, animal husbandry, blood banks, universities, disease control centers, import/export inspection and quarantine, food and fine chemicals.

Safety Functions

• Filter pre-failure/failure and damage alarm function. When the filter exhibits abnormalities such as pre-failure/failure or damage, the equipment provides audible, light and visual alarms;

• Front-window position monitoring ensures inflow velocity and prevents contaminant leakage through the front opening;

• Password protection prevents incorrect operation;
• The front window is interlocked with UV and lighting for a safer operating environment;
