A compact, rapid tissue homogenizer, disperser and emulsifier for handheld or stand-supported use. With different dispersing heads, it handles liquid/liquid and liquid/solid samples of 0.2-50ml, 30-150ml, 50-1500ml and 100-5000ml, at speeds up to 30000rpm.

Application Overview
The new-generation B-500 has a maximum speed of 10000-30000rpm and a maximum tip speed of 27m/sec, while the D series reaches up to 47m/sec, greatly reducing processing time and producing smaller particles. Three safety measures are provided: an emergency-stop safety switch, overload protection and smooth motor start-up. Samples are repeatedly drawn into the narrow gap between the stator and rotor moving at high relative speed, where they are rapidly sheared and broken down. Tissues such as muscle, liver and mammary gland can be completely homogenized within 10-30 seconds. Applications include biopharmaceuticals, genetic research, tissue disruption, cell homogenization, pathological analysis, oil/water emulsification, nanomaterial dispersion, dairy homogenization, polymerization, cosmetics, inks and coatings, fine chemicals, pesticides, mineral exploration, environmental protection and energy.

The new-generation B-500 combines a compact design with convenient operation and uses a claw-type high-shear working head. Various dispersing head combinations are available as options. It readily meets a wide range of demanding dispersion and emulsification experiments, making laboratory dispersion and emulsification enjoyable. The D series is the latest generation of homogenizers and dispersers, using a brushless motor to effectively reduce noise and extend service life;
