User-Friendly Design

  • Corrosion-Resistant Interior: Features a large observation window, a 304 stainless steel chamber interior, and an aluminum shaking platform treated with an antibacterial coating for easy cleaning.

Quality Assurance

  • Microcomputer Control & Timing: Microcomputer control of temperature and shaking frequency with timer function; built-in power-off protection automatically restores operation after normal power supply is resumed.

Continuous Operation

  • Brushless DC Motor Drive: Low heat emission brushless DC motor with high starting torque, wide speed regulation range, and maintenance-free design, supporting long-term continuous operation.

Ambient Temperature Monitoring System

  • Automatic Compensation: Independent ambient temperature detector automatically adjusts the heating system according to ambient temperature variations to prevent internal temperature overshoot.

Triple-Eccentric-Shaft Balanced Drive

  • Uniform Shaking Speed: Triple-eccentric-shaft balanced drive mechanism ensures all samples on the tray shake at identical speed; heavy load-bearing and durable structure maintains stable operation even under full load and high speed.

Safety Functions

  • Door Switch Interlock: When the chamber door is opened, air circulation, heating, and shaking stop automatically to prevent temperature overshoot.
  • Smooth Start-Up Circuit: Speed control circuit ensures smooth start-up of the shaker to prevent liquid splashing and instrument damage.
  • Independent Temperature-Limiting Alarm: Automatically cuts off heating when the temperature limit is exceeded to ensure safe operation.
  • Automatic Fan Speed Control: Circulating fan speed is controlled automatically to avoid sample evaporation caused by excessive airflow during testing.
  • Data Interface Options: Standard USB data transfer interface (flash drive) or optional RS-485 interface (choose one) for computer connection to monitor temperature, speed, time, and alarms; optional embedded printer.

Technical Notes:
