Application Overview

High-temperature dry heat acts on microorganisms through oxidation, protein denaturation and poisoning caused by electrolyte concentration. Primarily, oxidation destroys the cell protoplasm, causing microorganisms to die; thus, microorganisms can be killed within a specified heating time.
