This series of Brinell hardness tester is a perfect combination of Brinell hardness tester and computer to form a series of Brinell hardness tester system with high cost performance and convenient use.
Main features
- Equipped with computer, which controls the hardness tester.
- Electronic test force loading, high-precision sensor, unique closed-loop control system.
- Total 10 levels of test forces, each level of force is automatically compensated.
- The test force can be corrected by software through standard dynamometer or standard block.
- Automatic turret shifting between indenter and objective lens (except ZHBS-3000-T1). During the test, the indenter and objective lens automatically switch to each other, and the test points automatically and accurately locate, load and unload automatically.
- The main machine is equipped with double or triple indenters (choose two or three indenters from 10, 5, 2.5mm and 1mm), double objective lenses (double magnification 20X and 40X), and there is no need to replace the indenter and measuring objective lens (ZHBS-3000-T1Z, ZHBS-3000-T2Z, ZHBS-3000-T3Z) for large and small Brinell indentations.
- The sample rises and falls automatically in Z-axis direction, which can obtain the hardness value by pressing one key (ZHBS-3000ATZ).
- 1.3 (or 5.0) Mega pixel industrial digital camera is adopted, with clear image.
- The computer automatically measures the indentation size and hardness value.
- The hardness value correction can be calibrated according to the standard hardness block or length scale.
- Automatic hardness conversion between Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers or other hardness scales according to GB / ASTM standards.
- Powerful database function, permanent storage and convenient query.
- The interface and functions can be customized, such as external QR code scanning and other functions (optional).
- Automatically generate user-defined inspection report. Automatically record measurement data and output word report according to user customization. Automatically record the measurement data, and save all data in Excel format.
