LDZH-100LS Series Vertical Pressure Steam Sterilizer

Basic structure:
1. The shell case is made of high temperature thermoplastic material with outstanding
impact resistance and stainless steel.
2. The pot body of sterilizer is made of food grade stainless steel (304).
3.The structure of cover’s opening: Using hand wheel rotary type cover to improve sealing and safety performance.
4. The pot lid adopts the electric control structure of automatic lifting and lowering to ensure that the lifting and lowering of the pot lid is automatically controlled after opening.

Control and operation:
The console uses the LCD window graphic dynamic display, the function settings are all selected by scrolling graphic and text, the whole sterilization phase is monitored by micro-computer graphic display and automatic cycle control, and the automatic shutdown is initiated when sterilization phase ends (with an alarm).

Function description:
1. It has a one-button sterilization function selection, which can make a quick and clear choice based on different items.
2. The lid has the automatic lifting structure of opening and closing electric pole, and the lifting button can operate lid to stop as if opens and closes, which is convenient for sterilized items to be taken and placed easily.
3.With air-cooled chilling device to ensure that the pot body is quickly cooled at the end of sterilization.
4. It has the function of preheating and melting of sterilized items and has time and Temperature selection for the items to be dissolved.
5. Sterilization reservation function is available so that users can start it at a set time.
6. Automatic fault detection and judgment system is in place.
7. The full-automatic control model has the function of discharging the low temperature air and exhausting steam When sterilization procedure ends (Optional).
8. Configure automatic opening and closing cover function
9. Add print function, print the current temperature and sterilization time.

Safety Devices:
1. Adopt the safety interlock structure of electrical and mechanical interaction to ensure that the interlock device locks the lid handle when there is pressure in the pot to avoid opening the lid when there is pressure in the pot.
2. Double protection system with the mechanical safety relief valve and electronically controlled overvoltage protective devise.
3. It has heater anti-drying protection function and leakage protection system.
