Operating Modes
- Pipetting Mode (P): Standard aspirate and dispense cycle with automatic blow-out for accurate fluid delivery.
- Mixing Mode (Mix): Continuous aspiration and dispensing cycles for thorough, bubble-free homogenization of reagents.
- Stepper Mode (Dispense – dPette+ only): Repeated multi-step dispensing of identical aliquots from a single aspiration stroke.
- Dilution Mode (Dilute – dPette+ only): Sequential aspiration of two different liquids separated by an air gap, followed by combined dispensing.
