B-170-A Series Handheld Homogenizer and Disperser

The new-generation B-170 is a compact, rapid tissue homogenizer, disperser and emulsifier for handheld or stand-supported operation. With different dispersing heads, it is suitable for liquid/liquid and liquid/solid samples of 0.2-50ml and 30-150ml, with speeds up to 35000rpm.

Application Overview

The sample is repeatedly drawn into the narrow gap between the stator and rotor moving at high relative speed, where it is rapidly sheared and disrupted. Tissues such as muscle, liver and mammary gland can be completely homogenized within 10-30 seconds. Applications include biopharmaceuticals, genetic research, tissue disruption, cell slurry preparation, pathological analysis, oil-water emulsification, nanomaterial dispersion, dairy homogenization, polymerization reactions, daily-use cosmetics, inks and coatings, fine chemicals, pesticides, mineral exploration, environmental protection and energy;

Product Features

The lightweight handheld design allows one-handed operation. During operation, the working head is inserted into the sample, and the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. The sample is homogenized or dispersed in the gap between the stator and rotor. This type of operation can generally be completed in a very short time.
