BP-150 Series High-precision Refrigerated and Heating Circulating Bath

Application Overview

This new generation of high-precision refrigerated and heating circulating baths combines the company’s years of design and production experience with adopted German technology. The main components are of imported quality, providing high quality, reliability and stability. It is widely suitable for heating and cooling bath/circulator experiments in routine laboratories in petroleum, chemical engineering, medicine, life sciences, metrology, light industry and research. Samples can also be placed directly in the open bath for constant-temperature treatment, or it can maintain the temperature of small external measurement units and be used with fermenters, polarimeters, electrophoresis instruments, photometers, chromatography columns, viscometers, rotary evaporators, photometers and rheometers. An optional water-bath blackbody module can be fitted for calibration of forehead thermometers, infrared thermometers, ear thermometers and medical thermometers. Metrology departments can also use it for testing and calibration of first- and second-class mercury thermometers, platinum resistance thermometers and other measurement equipment.

• Key components, including the heater, are made of imported SUS304 stainless steel;
• An imported-brand compressor provides low noise, rapid cooling, high efficiency and low energy consumption;
• Connections are provided for an external bath;
• An external bath-fluid drain valve makes it convenient to replace or drain the bath fluid when required;
• An easily removable ventilation grille facilitates cleaning of the refrigeration-system condenser;
• Accommodates a 500ml beaker for use with a viscometer inserted directly into the bath;

• A multi-segment programmable LCD controller stores 7 different programs (9 steps per program) for convenient recall. Note: choose either RS232 or USB; they cannot be selected simultaneously;
