  • Touch screen interface: Strong human-machine interaction with simple and convenient operation.

  • Robust cabinet: The exterior is made of high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet with a powder-coated surface.
  • 304 stainless steel interior liner.
  • Adjustable shelves: Stainless steel shelf brackets are height-adjustable and can be installed or removed at will, making cleaning of the inner chamber easy.
  • High-density insulation: The insulation layer uses high-density R245fa polyurethane integral foaming. The 126 mm thick foam layer has an extremely low thermal conductivity for greater energy efficiency. R245fa foaming agent is eco-friendly, highly flame-retardant and non-flammable for greater safety.
  • Ergonomic door handle: Bionic design with a long lever arm allows one-handed door opening.
  • Mechanical lock provided, with padlock hole.
  • Reinforced shelves: Each shelf supports a maximum load of 50 kg.
  • Backup battery: Keeps the display powered during a power outage.
  • Internal and external pressure equalization valve.

Three-Level Permission Management

  • Multiple accounts with different permission levels can be assigned. According to equipment management needs, controller operating permissions can be assigned to three permission levels: administrator, operator and visitor.

Data Logging and Remote Control

  • Temperature records can be exported via the USB port on the control panel.
  • Remote alarm connection port provided.
  • RS-485 interface provided.

Alarm and Protection

  • Audible and visual alarms.
  • Comprehensive alarms: power failure, high/low temperature, low battery, filter cleaning required, sensor failure, refrigeration system failure, door open too long, and more.
  • Complete protection: power-on delay protection and compressor overheat protection.
  • Alarm records: all fault alarms and warnings are fully recorded and can be downloaded for review.
  • Backup battery: after a power failure, the fully charged backup battery displays the cabinet temperature and power failure alarm information in real time for at least 48 hours.
  • Self-diagnosis: when the freezer malfunctions, the display shows the corresponding fault.

Optional Accessories

  • CO2 and LN2 backup system: automatic switching safeguards your samples even during a power failure.
  • Face recognition: visualized login strictly controls sample access permissions; history of all logged-in users is traceable, with a record capacity of up to 100,000 entries.
  • Second in-cabinet temperature sensor: can be placed at different positions as needed, or used to verify the main control sensor.
  • Temperature recorder: plug-and-play for quick and convenient use; one-click generation of GMP-compliant PDF reports improves efficiency.
  • Paper temperature recorder: provides traceable data records.
  • Cryogenic racks and cryoboxes: standard racks and boxes supply everything you need in one stop.
  • Power voltage stabilizer: provides stable voltage output when the supply fluctuates abnormally within 160 V to 250 V.
  • Remote camera monitoring: allows users to check the freezer’s operating status anytime, anywhere.
