The HZQ series flask shaker is an open shaking device combining the company’s years of design and manufacturing experience. It overcomes the limitation of existing domestically produced flask shakers that cannot operate continuously for extended periods. It is widely used in cell culture, fermentation, hybridization, biochemistry and cell/tissue research requiring precise shaking frequency. It supports dynamic and static culture of microbial cells and various microbial strains, and is particularly suitable for pilot-scale and large-batch production in pharmaceuticals.

Quality Assurance

- Microcomputer frequency control includes a timer with a maximum setting of 99 hours 59 minutes. Gentle shaking start-up prevents sample splashing from vessels and avoids accidental equipment start-up and stopping;
- A speed-monitoring circuit stops shaking if excessive or insufficient speed is detected, ensuring safe flask-shaker operation without faults;
Continuous Operation
- A low-heat-dissipation brushless DC motor offers high starting torque, a wide speed-adjustment range and maintenance-free operation, overcoming the limitation of existing domestically produced flask shakers that cannot operate continuously for extended periods;
Balanced Three-eccentric-shaft Drive
- The balanced three-eccentric-shaft drive ensures all samples on the shaking tray are shaken at the same speed. The durable, load-bearing design allows the shaker to deliver strong power even at full load and high speed;
Multi-segment Programmable Control (Optional)
- Multi-segment shaking frequency and time are programmed together. Normal and programmed operating modes are selectable, with preset and operating values displayed simultaneously to simplify complex culture requirements and enable automatic control and operation;
