Box-Type Muffle Furnace — Multi-Stage Programmable Control
Leveraging our company’s years of experience in design and manufacturing, this furnace is specially designed for laboratories in industrial and mining enterprises, universities, and scientific research institutes. It is ideal for chemical element analysis and high-temperature heat treatments of small steel parts, such as quenching, annealing, and tempering. It can also be used for high-temperature heating applications like the sintering, melting, and analysis of metals, stones, and ceramics.

Multi-Stage Programmable Controller
- This microcomputer-based controller allows you to program temperature, time, and heating rates, enabling a wide variety of sintering experiments to be performed at high speed.
- The programmable controller can preset up to 7 groups with 63 steps in total (9 steps per group). The time for each step can be set from 0 to 5999 minutes.
- It utilizes a microprocessor P.I.D. control method with multi-stage programming to achieve true automatic control and operation.
Safety Functions
- Comprehensive Safety Monitoring: Includes an over-temperature protector, a door open/close switch controller, a cooling fan for the furnace body, and an alarm system for furnace malfunctions (e.g., ① heater failure, ② temperature sensor failure, ③ memory error, ④ over-temperature deviation). Both sound and light alarms alert the operator, ensuring the furnace operates safely without accidents.
- Electrical Protection: Equipped with multiple safety measures including over-current, over-voltage, and overheating protection to ensure safe use.
- Superior Insulation: Uses ceramic fiberboard as the insulation material, which provides excellent thermal insulation and keeps the external casing temperature low.
