SYD-509A Engine Fuels Existent Gum Tester

Summary

    The instrument is designed and made as per the National Standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T509 “Test Methods for Existent Gum of Engine Fuels”. It is suitable to determine tendency of fuels (gasoline, kerosene and diesel oil) to form gum when the fuels are used in the engine.
 
I. Main technical features
1. The instrument consists of two parts, oil bath and control box, the instrument is small in size, the design is reasonable.
2. An oil bath for the sandwich round steel container, Φ196㎜, high 255㎜, equipped with a 1000W electric heating pipe, oil bath temperature control accuracy of (150 ± 3) ℃, (180 ℃ ± 3) ℃, (250 ± 5) ℃.
3. The control box is on the oil bath oil temperature control, the air flow rate of the external air flow control
 
The instrument’s biggest features are: high-temperature oil bath and control box are separated, reasonable design; oil bath adopts stainless steel structure, durable.
