Diaphragm Vacuum Pump –Anticorrosive
New anticorrosive pumps through Teflon treatment have been launched in market . Teflon treatment is accessible to all types of Jinteng pumps .
Anticorrosive pump is through Teflon treatment , the parts which contact with the gas are PTFE material , it’s suitable for the corrosive chemical , pharmaceutical , petrochemical gases etc . It’s used for vacuum filtration , reduced pressure distillation , rotary evaporation , vacuum concentration , centrifugal concentration , solid phase extraction etc . It’s a very high cost performance product with quality reliability , unique structural design to meet the various needs of the laboratory . The specifications are same as the normal pump .
New PTFE Anticorrosive Pump Will Come Into the Market

How to use JT-300 anti Back Suction Device:
Connect to vacuum pump negative pressure nozzle to prevent liquid from entering the pump, to prevent corrosion of the pump body due to the inlet liquid, prolong the service life of the vacuum pump, and cooperate with the filter (multiple filter, solvent filter).
Note:
1. Open the vacuum pump, without human observation and control. Once the liquid is filled into the trapped bottle, the trapping valve acts to prevent the liquid from intruding into the pump.
2. Turn off the power of the vacuum pump, remove the trap bottle, unscrew the blue cap, pour off the liquid in the trap, and install it again and again.
