They have a large sample compartment that will accept from 5 mm to 100 mm path length rectangular cuvettes and various accessories. 2-line, 20-character LCD readout displays absorbance, transmittance, concentration and wavelength and gives easily understood instructions. The built-in RS-232 serial interface enables the instruments to be connected to a computer or printer. A friendly %T/A/C application software for Windows 98 is enclosed and allows inexperienced user to operate the instruments.
