Nano-400A is a basic model of UV-VIS micro-volume Spectrophotometer designed for analyzing the concentration and purity of Nucleic Acid (DNA/RNA). It takes the measurements at wavelength of 230nm, 260nm, 280nm, with a sample of 1-2.0 ul. The Nano-400A can automatically complete the measurement within 5 seconds.
